Generally, both the sample fee and express fee are borne by the client. For special arrangements, clients need to submit an application, which will be subject to approval by our management.
2. Shipping Options
- Sea Freight: We can ship the products to your nearest port, which is suitable for large - volume orders.
- Air Freight: Delivering to your nearest airport, ensuring relatively fast transportation for time - sensitive goods.
- Express Services: We offer express delivery via renowned carriers like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, and EMS, directly to your doorstep. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number for express shipments or a Bill of Lading (B/L) for sea or air freight. This enables you to closely monitor the status of your goods throughout the shipping process.
3. Payment Methods
- For First - time Cooperation: A 30% upfront payment via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) is required, and the remaining 70% is payable against a copy of the Bill of Lading (T/T).
- For Long - term Cooperation: We accept 100% Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C), which provides a secure payment method for both parties.
4. Packing
The products are packed in wooden cases or cartons with pallets. This packaging method ensures the safe transportation of the electric hoists, protecting them from potential damage during transit.
