WUYI Machinery is located in Quzhou city,a famous historic city in Zhejiang province. Our factory covers an area of 150,000 square meters,and most of our products have CE and GS approved by TUV. The SHUANG GE brand manual lifting products has been manufactured over 70 years and has an enviable reputation for supplying high quality products all over the world.
We are one of the chief drafters of JB standard for manual hoist,we also got the National gold award by Chinese government in twice time,we are the only light hoisting company who can get the special honor.
All of our materials need to be tested strictly,like chemical analysis of steel,metallographic analysis of cast parts,flaw detection of surface crack of spare parts after finished heat treatment process and so on.
Meanwhile,all of our finished products shall be subjected to a dynamic operating test. Each hoist should be running load tested under 1.5 times of rated capacity,to ensure the quality and safety. We also do the endurance test and destruction test every year.
